The cake was ordered with special request "Please slice it"since they are sharing the cakes.Thanks Elaine for the order.
*The road was terrible as it is under construction and this make me nervous during delivery of the cake,Sliced cake will give less balance and afraid if it could collapse like world trade centre.But luckily my customer confirmed"its OK".Syukur and thank god.
*Actually myself also satisfied with the outcome of the cake.
Cake info:Chocolate moist with ganache topping,drizzle with green tea ganache and strawberry as deco focus

Ordered by SMK Westland for thier headmaster farewell.The cake was 2.5 kg weight.Its two types of cake,BLACK MAGIC and RED VELVET,sandwich with strawberry cheese and frosted with cheese cream.

Too me the deco is very plain but I am so glad that you all love it.

He he he..Masih "spring".
Kedua kedua-dua kek nie dihantar tepi kawasan rehat juru.Kek dengan bunga putih tu yg aku sendiri tak tau nama bunganya dah ke Ipoh dan yg berhias bunga plum telah ke Nibong tebal(area USM kalau tak silap)

Ntah napa minggu nie kepala asyik ingat musim bunga ja.Spring always my favorite season .Kat M'sia pun ada "spring"tau cuma jenis bunga ja berbeza. Cuba tengok tepi-tepi jalan yg ada pokok besar tu(nama tak tau).Bunga pink/purple tu dah berjuntai dan tersangat la indahnya.Kat tepi jambatan Pulau Pinang sebelum tol(from mainland to island)pun ada tau.I luvvv it.Myself is a fanatic fan of Daisy and Tulip.Sorry..mumbling again
Jadi deco kali nie pun aku letakkan carrot atas rumput.Tengah "gila" buat rumput.
