Phuhh..At last I got this done with billion help from my big Ramekin fan@customer.After tried several times which lead to "vroom in the dustbin" I enroll my YM class with Sis Zai.Who else,Zaiton Abd Ghani la.Baker palace from Seremban..heheheh  .
The class session tooks bout few hours total up(YM session + sms session).Since she is a good teacher and i am a good student..here it is..jelly and flower thru virtual class...I luve multimedia  
There is too much to story till I dont know what to story..well thats me..prefer face to face conversation
A billion credits goes to you my virtual class teacher !!!Arigatou
p/s:Sis,How da u findda flower..too still huh!!ada yg pecah xpecially the lily..must be too thick though. Very bad at arranging it

p/s:Dont you think the design similar to domino? My partner help me to put the choco chip as the time shows almost 2am in the morning..
Having difficulties to get Strawberry last thursday.Most of it is not in good shape and if the shape is perfect ,you will find that there is strawberry juice at the bottom of the packing which I believe it was extracted by auto juicer ...(berair giler)
Then I got one pack from Korea,found at jusco which consist about 10 pc in pack and cost you 16.90..perrrghhh!!!Mana cukup tu..lastly got it at Carrefour after my whole round trip from Tesco,jusco and lastly carrefour  Thanks ya Irni sebab order kat kak Linda..you always support my baking obsession.
Oh ya..the design is from all the baking fotopages that you can find in Malysia or outside Malaysia.Irni let me know that she wants a cuppies with Strawberry on top..so here it is but I grated some mint choco before landing my strawberry on top.Choco and mint..whata nice combination  (my taste kay)
Another one ordered by Irni.Blueberry flavoured Jelly.tried to make Jelly flower but due to lack of tools..I just used my daisy cutter and choco flower mould to bloom my deco  .My YM class with Sis Zai for Jelly flower in session after this.. Gonna share the outcome in my next entry

Buah Tangan dari Sarawak lagi

Tak Habis dgn laksa Sarawak..mak ku ada membawa pulang sejenis lagi ingredient untuk aku cuba  .Dah la aku tak biasa dengan laksa Sarawak tempohari..camkata kak Zanaz..sedap makan dgn bihun tp disebabkan maklumat yg diberi padaku adalah seperti spagheti..aku bantai guna spagehti .
oh ya!Kali nie kisah beras huma lak..takut tak lalu nak mkn seperti nasi biasa,beras tu dimasak secara nasi berperisa Nasi lemak la tu
Rasanya?Ntah..tak tau nak ckp camna..rasa cam beras biasa pun ada rasa cam beras perang pun ada.Rasa nya agak berhampas (mungkin disebabkan oleh proses-proses menghasilkan beras itu dilakukan secara manual maka dengan itu kulit padi tidak dibersihkan sepenuhnya.high fiber suppose but healthy food is not a majority choice xpecially meee )..aku suka lagi beras JATI .Tu la gambar beras tu yg telah dimasak nasi lemak ekonomi Warna mcm beras nasi dagang sket.
Kata mak dia beli dengan harga RM5/kilo

Juadah ari raya puasa lepas terlupa lak nak amik gamabr..kali nie aku dengan muka tak malu amik gamabar hidangan ari raya sempoi keluargaku.Dalam umah keluarga ku tadak sorang pun yg bawak kamera pastu amik gambar makanan..heheh..
Kek Kurma nie baru first time aku wat..resepi cam kat bawah nie..Buku rujukan tadak..aku guna resepi kek butter resepi keluarga pastu tamabh kurma mesin ja..Sedap tau..

250 gm butter(cheq guna scs sb sendiri mau mkn )
200 gm gula castor(leh kurang klu tak mo manis)
5 biji telur
125 gm susu pekat manis (cap teko ja)
200 tepung naik sendiri(mak dulu guna tepung gandum+baking poder )
18-20 biji kurma pitted dikisar dgn sedikit air(agak2 blender leh bergerak )
segengam buah kurma dihiiri nipis
Cara:
1.Pukul mentega+gula+susu manis hingga kembang
2.masukkan telur satu persatu
3.Masuk kurma kisar
4.Masukkan tepung dan kacau sebati,tuang lam acuan segiempat 7 x 7
5.letakkan hirisan kurma sebelum dibakar.

Ketupat nasi kuah kacang buat "bed partner".org penang kawasan pulau mesti ada ketupat nasi tapi bagiku orang kedah,ketupat pulit/daun palas adalah menu wajib.Maka dengan itu kedua2 ketupat aku hidangkan Resepi kuah kacang kat bawah ya

Bukak plastik perencah,rebuss ngan air masuk santan ja..Mak cakap mee dia adalah seperti spaghetti..so aku pun guna la spaghetti(bukan angel hair type tau..tapi vermicelli)..Rasanya macam mee kari ja..nothing special to me.

I'm not good at making roses using the wafer cone.I think white roses look better.I'm lack of time to practice xcept proceed and agreed with whatever of my hard hand outcome 
BUT..I'm happy with the creame spreading..soooo smooth(version of mine kay )I get the best and cheapest method ever..cost me only RM0.30 for the tool...tool kay not toolss .Join my class for details..heheh..I'm willing to share .OPPS!!! YM class ya..
