Begitu juga Imah yang menempah untuk dibawa pada hari akhir persekolahan anaknya di Tadika tersebut.
Thanks to you both for alloying your BIG sister to prepare something with my own "angin" 
Not to forget..I decorated the cuppies with my "Signature Nemo/belacak "
Phuhh..I make few hundreds of nemo that day..cool huh!! (I finished almost 500 ml 100 plus that night .. ..almost ya )
Kali nie aku mencuba wat rumput warna merah..(tangkap maut punya ) .Adaka rumput warna merah?? dan menggunakan biskut teddy cap PING PONG sebagai focus deko.
Selain tu aku menghias cuppies menggunakan choc ganache dan coklat NIPS sebagai belon...

Musk Melon/Rock melon

Found this at Carrefour Seberang Jaya when I went for eggs.
During my student life,I hardly got chance to eat musk melon(till now I dont know why it is so called musk melon).I just know bout this fruit during my study time and it was so expensive..could cost you rm 300 each.Phuhhh!!!I better use my scholarship money to purchase a theme park ticket
Here it just cost me RM 3.77...100 times cheaper...yet it is so sweeeettttt..Malaysia boleh !!(ada kene mengena ka?Ya la..malaysia leh tanam buah mahal tapi leh jual dgn rege murah)

Tempahan nie dari adalah untuk "Annual lunch"SMK westland.Disebabkan mereka tak menberi apa2 tema..aku namakan "Fruity tutty" theme.
Cuppiesnya aku sediakan MILK CRANBERRY,nak resepi jalan2 la kesini
Yang kat bawah lak..FRUITY MILK FLAN,lapisan bawahnya adalah milk flan yg aku berikan sentuhan warna hijau,Lapisan atasnya adalah jelly berperisa rasberi(guna rasberi paste) dan dihiasi dengan hirisan strawberry..terapung gitu

Aku jarang sekali meyediakan kek sponge untuk pelangganku..tak tahu kenapa tapi aku jarang sekali menerima tempahan untuk kek span.Kek nie telah ditempah oleh Kak K 2 bulan lepas untuk ulangtahun perkahwinan nya yg ke 17 tetapi aku hadiahkan kepadanya demi persahabatan kami(pertemuan kami berlaku di surau tempat kilang pertama aku berkerja).Banyak kisah suka duka yg telah kami kongsi sepanjang persahabatan kami
Aku lapiskan kek dgn strawberi sos buatan ku(sebab dah terlalu banyak buah strawberi beku yang aku simpan..jadi aku wat la sos strawberi)ok gak tau
Kali ini dekorasiku agak berlainan sedikit dari segi susunan warna.aku sekadar ingin mencuba sesuatu yang lebih mencabar 
Aku menggunakan buttercream coklat untuk lapisan permukaan dan kuning lembut untk sapuan sisi.Teknik sapuan juga aku mencuba sesuatu yang baru.Aku tidak meratakan krim dengan gaya biasa tetapi memberikan sedikit corak mudah .
Kak K juga telah meminta untuk aku letakkan 3 kuntum bunga Mawar besar diatas kek tersebut..mungkin itulah simbol cinta mereka.Aku unjurkan ranting2 mawar hingga ke sisi kek agar dekorasiku tidak hambar.

Aku bertukar2 kek pada hari perjumpaan kami.Kek nie telah ditempah oleh Lina agak lama..tapi disebabkan jodoh untuk kami berjumpa agak berat kami terpaksa menunda perjumpaan buat beberapa kali.Ini tempahan Ina saly dari KDC.Yang bawah plak dari aku tempah dari Ina saly,Kek lapis seri dewi(Choc walnut).Cheq dapat free kek lapis asam manis ngan kek lapis gajus kot Sume sedap2..lebih2 lagi yg asam manis punya..
Nie lak untuk anak aku bawa kesekolah..katanya Cikgu minta bawakan makanan untuk dikongsi..disebabkan aku perlu menyiapakan tempahan..aku wat mini kapis ja..yg strawberi tu si Ibu yg hias..yg lain2 tu si Anak yg hias... .Aku biaq ja..lagipun depa gak nak makan

Minggu nie aku cuba untuk senang-senangkan dirku yang sentiasa sibuk dengan tugas harian pejabat.Aku elakkan diriku dari mengatakan"ya..bila nak tu?"ayat yang sering ku gunakan ketika menerima tempahan dari pelanggan setiaku.
"I am too addicted in baking"...jadi inilah peluang ku untuk membuat sesuatu yang aku suka untuk diriku sendiri.But its not just for my ownself..I make 50 pcs of this colorful cheese tart for my teammate in office..
Purple is blueberry flavor,Pink is starwberry and green is my favourite..maccha(green tea)..
Nothing much to elaborate..layan gambar ja la no..Cheese tart memang sedaaaapppp

psst:For friends out there who asked where I get those loose base love shape pan..hehehe..I dont have any actually.I use a normal pan and most of my pan is not a loose base pan...I only hv 2 small one with loose base.
Tips:You may just use baking paper to cover the pan base before you add any cheese mixture..

Cili mesin 2 sudu besar
Bawang besar 1 labu (dihiris tebal)
Halia I inchi
Serai 1 btg diketuk
Sos cili 1 sudu besar(aku guna brand life)
Garam dan gula
1. Goreng Ketam
2. Tumis Bawang besar,halia,serai dan Cili mesin sampai pecah minyak
3. Masukkan air sedikit, Masukkan sos cili,garam gula
4. Masukkan ketam dan masak hingga kuah agak pekat

Also by Mrs Yam to his son..but there is really2 bad incident happened during my delivery to her.We have drop the cake in mrs Yam car booth..luckily the Ultraman is still in shape..just the buildings collaps.. 
Its was 7 inch height cake.Tried my best to have the Ultraman drawn at the side of the cake just to create a story of Ultaraman is fighting with the monster hiding behind the the building (mana ada raksasanya..tipu je nie )

Eira ordered this for her cupcakes as a door gift and Ben 10 for the cutting.After compeleting the draft of Ben 10,webt to my cake fridge to look for the Pping Jelly for the “fill up”huh u hu..I’m out of piping Jelly..I have no choice..Buttercream!!!I have to use Buttercreame to to do the “fill up”.My Ben 10 looks so sad …Takpa ya Farez..Ben10 tengah sedih sebab dia dah hilang power dia tu…
*Piping Jelly is just enough to cover the background and that is just because I have thinned it..or else for sure..."tak cukup"

eim luvs the cakes but she gv me one comment that makes me think for a while."I luv the cakes but if you could use brighter color it would look more fancy" .Now I realize the generation different between 70's ans 80's born female. .My autumn age lead me to cool and pastel color whereby youth prefer a brighter one.Tak pa ..kak linda will make sure to add this criteria while accepting my orders.

Terasa syok plak letak resepi masak kat sini...bagus btoi fp nie..dia dah tukarkan diriku menjadi rajin mengadap tungku gas selain oven ja selama nie.
Aku buat seafood mee kari versi ku..versi cekup dan baling.Aku beli Ketam tu kat carrefour tempohari dgn harga RM 16.90 sekilo.Ketamnya tak besar ngat tapi fresh.Aku rempit ke Carrefour lam kui 8 pm camtu.Masa tu tuan punya diri yg bawak ketam tu tengah berdiri di tepi aku.Dia mula menyuruh aku membeli sebab katanya dia baru bawa ketam tu dalam 30 minit lepas..memang segar tapi teguran tuan yang bawa ketam tu mukanya ya ampun!!!..garang dan bengis(cam muka guru besar SHINCHAN.Kecut perut aku dibuatnya,Aku dalam proses nak jawab atau tak nak jawab perbualan nya. .Aku jawab gak setelah dia tolong pilih untuk aku.
Aku rembat lam 2 kilo lebih..nanti aku tempek resepi berasaskan ketam lagik...dah banyak tu ..macam2 la leh buat kan
