Teacher's Day Celebration

This mini size cuppies were made for Teacher's Day Celebration......ordered by my friend for her son's teacher.
The cuppies was shot on the reject one..."kes lupa amik yang order lot punya lagi"
*The flower was made using my newly bought mini nozzle which is specially design for mini cakes.Trust me,the nozzle slit is sooooo cuutee My first ever expensive nozzle that I ever had.Normally I just used the one sold at bakery supply which is individually packed. .thats how amature sounds like huh
The frosting is "quick pour marshmallow fondant" with buttercream flower.For friends out there,this week is my "quick pour" week .So please bear with me on my "quick pour" story ya.
This marshmallow fondant is yummy compare to normal fondant.But please make sure you bought "halal" white marshmallow or you may prepare it urself and keep it in air tight container till you gonna use or"belasah"it.Lagipun your kids may always enjoy thier mum's home made marshmallow. (not my kids,they prefer ready bought one...dah leh agak kan how thier mums cooking )
*pssst:I luv this mini cuppies,ate 4pcs for myself.It just a normal choc moist but the design makes me wanna have it.(Kes masuk tong dram,sendiri angkat)

Kek Pertunangan...Quick pour buttercreame method

First of all, Thank You Lin.
Kek ni kek yg ketiga Lin order from KDC(Kaori Decorative Cake).Kali ini untuk majlis pertunangan nya sendiri.
Kali ini aku memberanikan diri unuk mencuba cara Quick pour buttercream.Hasilnya lebih licin dari Quick pour fondant Memang marbeles,hip hop dan tip top "finishing" nya Mungkin kekawan kat luar sana leh cuba method nie...Gambatte!!!!

Fruit tart
Ada kisah yg meletihkan ketika meyiapkan kek nie.2 kek ku layan dengan design yg sama sebab "my brain not function properly lately..Hmm... I found the suitable words for that.."Brain exausted"Setelah satu kek selesai ku hempap dgn ganache yg mana agak tidak mengecewakan lalu ku hempap satu lagi lak..tapi..oh nooo!!!..ganache dia dah separa beku..jadi dia tak mau jatuh!!!!Tensen btoi aku..Nie la akibat terlalu lama amik "Long rejuvanate vacation".Dah lupa segala trick dan tips yg selalu ku praktikkan(Kalau jadi camnie selalu ,kena amik cuti lagi nie ).Kan dah jadi dua kali keja..2 kek dah jadi mcm buat 3 kek
At last ooookkkkkk la gak..but the first cake result shown better figure than the second one...
Lagi satu ,kek kali nie aku tak ratakan..aku biar dia membuncit cam bantal..sebab rasa tenang lak tengok kek yg ada smooth angle.PAstu aku tak taruk border apa2 pun.Rasa nak tengok ia dlm keadaan tenang ja.tapi tak tau la kan..lain contact lense lain power dia.

Egg tart without egg???

If no eggs has been used,can I still called it egg tart???My frend says it is a betray if you did use egg and yet still use "egg"word.Therefore I now pronounce my eggless egg tart to "Caramel Tart"since caramel flavor has been used..sounds ok???
